CORRECTIONS:
- An editing error miscredited the graphic accompanying the essay “Wooden Indian” in our August 21 issue. Freelance illustrator Karlene Minea drew the picture.
- A story on campaign consultant firm Moxie Media in the same issue called city councilmember Judy Nicastro’s campaign volunteer Jeff Albertson her campaign manager. Nope-he’s a volunteer.
- If you skipped over the photo captions for our cover story last issue (“No Business As Usual”), you missed a prime chance to see Real Change botch just about every name we could. Christopher Chepman’s real name is Christopher Chapman, and Lance Hannond prefers the name his mother gave him, Lance Hammond. And, our personal favorite, Lyndon LaRouche – though he appears to have undergone many of his own transformations in his tumultuous political career – will not necessarily take kindly to being called either Lunden LaRoche or Lyndor LeRouche. But you can give it a shot if you like. We, for our part, will work on our handwriting so mistakes like these will be less all-encompassing in the future.

- See correction in Sep 18, 2003 issue. An editing error resulted in the exclusion of City Councilmember Margaret Pageler from the Real Change elections issue (Sept. 4). Pageler responded to our candidates’ survey, and we neglected to publish it. There’s a bright side; she like the survey so much that she put it on her own re-election web site at http://www.margaretpageler.com/answers1.html. And you can read other election coverage, including her statement, at http://www.realchangenews.org/election/election_coverage.html
