As we enter a momentous new year, we at Real Change are grateful for the love that this community has shown. Every year, more than 600 vendors come through these doors to find that they are valued as people. They get to know a caring community that is personally invested in their success.
This year, we set a very ambitious target of raising $200,000 in end-of-year support to keep Real Change strong. We are focused on increasing vendor success, publishing a quality weekly newspaper, and organizing for a more equitable city. A city where those who have the least can create their own success and find the work, hope and dignity that you make possible.
With two days left in December, our amazing supporters have contributed $173,093.33 to our Winter Fund Drive. Each and every heartfelt gift is deeply appreciated, and is a testament to the deep grassroots support of our amazing readership.
Institutions like Real Change, that provide immediate opportunity, healing connection, and a voice to the socially excluded are more important than ever.
Your support over the past 25 years has made Seattle a better, more caring city. There is still time to bring Real Change into 2020 strong. Please take a moment to support our work today.
