- See correction is Sept 3, 2003. If you skipped over the photo captions for our cover story last issue (“No Business As Usual”), you missed a prime chance to see Real Change botch just about every name we could. Christopher Chepman’s real name is Christopher Chapman, and Lance Hannond prefers the name his mother gave him, Lance Hammond. And, our personal favorite, Lyndon LaRouche – though he appears to have undergone many of his own transformations in his tumultuous political career – will not necessarily take kindly to being called either Lunden LaRoche or Lyndor LeRouche. But you can give it a shot if you like. We, for our part, will work on our handwriting so mistakes like these will be less all-encompassing in the future.

Call for federal study of crimes against homeless
- Issue: Prompted by the latest attacks on homeless people for the sheer “sport” of assaulting someone who’s sleeping outside, Ohio Rep. Dennis Kucinich is calling for a federal government study on crimes against homeless people. Kucinich and other national politicians need to know that you believe the time for this study is now.
