The number of accusations against an influential restaurateur have increased to 11.
In a series of reports, KUOW online editor Sydney Brownstone detailed the accounts of women who have accused Dave Meinert, including many who used their full names. The allegations include accounts of kissing without permission, unwanted advances and rape.
Meinert had, prior to the allegations, held an interest in popular restaurants including the Lost Lake Café, Comet Tavern and Grim’s.
According to KUOW, Meinert’s former crisis public relations team, Strategies 360, dropped him as a client after an employee alleged that Meinert had assaulted her as well. Meinert denies the allegations.
