a man will... A woman won’t... Mention your tragically awful haircut
women are changeable
men are decisive
men get drunk and pick fights in bars
women visit them when they get put in jail
men know how to put Motors in things
women think st. Ives hand lotion will fix a squeaky hinge
women use too much soap in the washer, and their clothes wear out from too much Tide
men wash 3 loads of clothes at once, and nothing gets really clean
pregnant women caress their bellies in a
protective manner
men slap each other on the back
when a woman sits on the bus, she sits demurely and looks out the window
when a man sits on the bus, he plants his feet like trees and spreads his arms out like wings
everything makes us women look fat
men take up bike riding as an excuse to have some steroids and wear the clothes, and have just finished a quick 40 mile training session, they will tell you, modestly.
this is a man’s world...
usually it’s a man behind the wheel — the car, the golf cart cart, or a spaceship to the Moon
calling his friends by their last names
getting the menu with the prices on it
asking girls out and getting rejected
tying a necktie
going to the barber shop once a week
chaining his wallet to his jeans (so it doesn’t work loose and get lost when he’s on his motorcycle)
shaving every day for the rest of his life
never having to search for a place to pee
being stopped by the police for no reason
witnessing the birth of his baby
finding the TV that lets him watch eight football games at the same time
