I was born in Michigan. Went to the same high school that Tony Dungy went to: Parkside in Jackson, Michigan. I was on the track team in junior high, finished third in the city in the 60-yard high hurdles. We may have done better but my junior high school did not have the equipment to practice on. We were the poor school.
People who know me during my growing-up years know I'm synonymous with basketball. I would be on the playground a lot. I also like playing Frisbee and walking. Since I don't do as much as I used to, I'll do from 2000-2850 jumping jacks a week during my job. I'm a well-balanced person, and believe in the mind-body connection. Healthy mind
