Wed., Dec. 23, 12:53 a.m., First Ave. S./S. Spokane St. Officers were dispatched to First Ave. S. and S. Spokane St. to investigate an alleged stabbing. Upon arrival they found the victim, a transient male, being treated by Seattle Fire Department (SFD) for a stab wound to his lower right arm. He had no ID on his person and verbally identified himself. A records check was done, and nothing was located concerning the victim. According to the witnesses they located the victim on the ground near First Ave. S. and S. Spokane St. ...

Tues., Dec. 1, 4:00 p.m., NW Market St. Victim and suspect, who have been friends for several years, went out back in the parking lot of the Stone Gardens Climbing Gym on NW Market to drink some beers. They got into an argument and then the suspect ended up hitting the victim with his fist in the face. Suspect then pulled out a six- to nine-inch knife and started swinging it at him. There were no injuries. Both victim and suspect are homeless and have no phone, and hang out in the Ballard area. ...

Fri., Dec. 18, 10:24 p.m., Sobering Center, Boren Avenue. Officer was dispatched to a possible assault at the Sobering Center on Boren Ave. Upon arrival he found the complainant, a transient male aged 37, had been punched by the suspect. Victim had a cut over his right eye, which was beginning to swell. He stated he had been lying on his sleeping mat, made two popping noises with his mouth, and gone to sleep. Victim said that the next thing he knew suspect was standing over him and punched him in the eye. Suspect then apparently went back to his mat and lay down. ...

Sat., Nov. 21, 7:07 a.m., Third Ave., Angeline's Women's Shelter. All of the subjects are patrons of the Angeline's Women's Shelter on 3rd Ave, except for the witness, who is on the staff. According to the victim and witnesses the suspect had made threats towards the victim earlier in the morning. Victim said she did not know why suspect was angry with her. Because of the threats suspect had made, she was barred from the premises for 30 days and was escorted from the shelter by staff members. ...

Sun., Nov. 1, 1:45 p.m., Third Ave. Officer received a radio broadcast that a disturbance had just taken place on Third Ave. and Virginia St., and that there was a woman down on the ground. A couple of minutes later he received another call that a female had just maced some people in front of the Downtown Emergency Services Center (DESC). Officer was within a few blocks of the scene, and was unable to see a disturbance. He was finally flagged down by the victim, who was standing in front of the DESC. He was informed that the suspect had left the scene. ...

Tues., Oct. 20, 5 p.m., St. John United Lutheran Church, Phinney Ave N. Complainant, a transient male, called 911 from the emergency room at Ballard Swedish Hospital to report an assault that had occurred yesterday evening. Complainant stated he had gone to St. John United Lutheran Church yesterday evening for the daily "bum feed" and after he got his food he found a place to sit at one of the tables set up for this meal. At this time an unknown suspect walked up to him and informed him that he was sitting at one of the "reserved" tables. ...

Wed., Oct. 21, 9:51 p.m., Downtown Emergency Services Center, Third Ave. Officers were dispatched to the Downtown Emergency Services Center (DESC) on a report of an assault that had happened in the bunk room. They arrived and found that both parties involved are DESC clients. Victim, a transient male, was standing in the bunk room talking with a friend when the suspect approached him from behind and attacked him by grabbing him and punching him several times in the face with a closed fist. ...

Wed., Sept. 30, 12:18 a.m., Third Ave. Officer was dispatched to a suicide threat call from First Church Men's Shelter located on Third Ave. He arrived and contacted the complainant, who worked at the shelter. Complainant stated that a resident had told her he was planning on taking a bus to the Aurora Bridge and then jumping off. Officer contacted the subject, a white male aged 50, who said he had been feeling depressed, but was working through it. He appeared sedated and sad. He stated he had been planning to jump off the Aurora Bridge. ...

Sat., Sept. 19, 11:53 a.m., Airport Way S. Spokane St. Officer was dispatched to a call of an assault that took place 10 hours before near Airport Way S. and S. Spokane St. The complainant was waiting at the Seattle Fire Department station near Fourth Ave. S. to make the complaint. Victim, a transient white female aged 38, reported that at around 11:30 p.m. she returned to the camp where she sleeps, underneath the West Seattle Bridge at Airport Way S. and S. Spokane St. She stated that shortly after she arrived at her camp, she was hit in the back from behind with a metal golf club. ...
