Mon., Nov. 26, 8:20 p.m., Leary Way NW. An officer was dispatched to a report of a possibly suicidal male and arrived to find several people standing around a white male aged 32 that appeared to be crying. He contacted the subject and a witness. Witness stated that he was a friend of the subject and that the subject had been very depressed lately and kept repeating that he wanted to kill himself. Witness stated that suspect was bipolar, but not on any medication. ...

Sun., Nov. 11, 11:14 p.m., Bellevue Ave./E. Pine St. A transient white male aged 38 reported a group of unknown Native Americans approached him on the sidewalk, asking for the beer he was carrying. When victim said no, one of the suspects pushed him in the face and knocked him to the ground. He said the group started repeatedly kicking him in the back and the head, but he was able to hold on to his beer. The suspects eventually gave up and walked southbound on Bellevue Ave. toward East Pine. Victim walked to a pay phone on Bellevue Ave. and called 911. ...

Mon., Nov. 12, 10:15 a.m., 2300 block Western Ave. Officers contacted the suspect, a transient white female aged 21 for suspected narcotics activity. A computer check of her name revealed an outstanding warrant from the Department of Corrections. The warrant was verified, and the suspect was arrested and booked into King County Jail. ...

Wed., Oct. 31, 9:44 a.m., Second Ave., Sacred Heart Church Parking Lot. Officers responded to the parking lot of Sacred Heart Church to a report of a known transient sleeping in the parking lot. They arrived to find the subject, a transient Black female aged 50-64 years old, laying face down between two passenger vehicles. She was wrapped in blankets and a sleeping bag and was lying just west of the sidewalk leading to the west side of the church. ...

Thurs., Oct. 22, 3:16 p.m., NE 143rd St./30th Ave. NE.

Suspect, a 49-year-old white male transient, was contacted during suspicious circumstances at the above location. A check of his name showed an outstanding Department of Corrections warrant, which was verified by radio. Suspect was arrested and booked into King County Jail.

Wed., Oct. 17, 6:38 p.m., 300 Block Bell St. A transient white male aged 50 was contacted for suspected drug loitering. A records check showed that he was active with the Department of Corrections (DOC). Officers contacted the suspect’s DOC officer, and were advised to arrest the man for failing to report. He was transported to the West Precinct and turned over to the DOC to be placed on a work crew. ...

Mon., Oct. 15, 8:26 p.m., N. 36th St. Police received a call form the manager of Roxy’s Deli on N. 36th St reporting that the suspect, a transient male aged 42, was trespassing in front of her business. She reported that he had been previously trespassed from the area. Officer arrived and recognized the man from previous contacts, and knew he had been previously trespassed. Due to the suspect’s intoxicated state, the officer offered to take the man to the hospital to sober up instead of taking him to jail. Suspect yelled, “Take me to jail!” in response. ...

Suspect, a transient white male aged 33, was observed by an officer
leaving Waterfront Park and trying to cover his identity with his hood. The
officer had arrested the suspect the previous night in the 200 block of
Blanchard for being in SODA (Stay Out of Drug Area) zone 1 as this is in viola-
tion of the suspect’s probation. The officer stopped the suspect and again

Sun., Sept. 16, 2:23 p.m., Mercer St., Seattle Center. Officer arrived at Seattle Center to investigate a report of a suicidal male who had called 911. He found the subject, a transient white male aged 19, hunched over a payphone. Subject appeared sad and withdrawn, and told the officer he wanted to hurt himself. He stated he did not have a specific plan, but intended to kill himself. Subject told the officer that he was schizophrenic and had recently been diagnosed with HIV. His mother had kicked him out of the house and had a No Contact order issued against him, and he was homeless. ...
